Kyle is an unemployed, alcoholic, 25 year old loser who lives with his mom. That is, until one fateful night, when he is transported to a far away, strange land: Tucson, Arizona. Here, he finds the world has radically changed, and evil feudal lords who call themselves the Quorum have taken over the world. After the Quorum's Soldiers personally traumatize him, Kyle joins forces with three best friends, and together they embark on a quest to restore the balance of nature… And end the Quorum once and for all.
And Kyle? Well… He makes it annoying the entire way.

Meet the Party
Kyle
Kyle is our reluctant protagonist. You might want to be careful about using the word "hero," here. He's wasted half of his twenties staring down an empty bottle. He's not completely useless, though. He's good at two things: fighting, and drinking. Oh, and he's a pretty good tank, too.
Simon
Simon is a radical revolutionary committed to a single, solitary purpose: overthrowing the Quorum, by any means necessary. He's hot-headed and silver-tongued — a volatile combination that sometimes leads him to fly off the handle. Simon uses his handguns to deal devastating damage to his foes.
Eugene
Eugene is a monk of the Order of the Ivy, dedicated to restoring humanity's relationship with the natural world. He is patient and kind, even when Kyle is at his worst. Eugene channels his inner peace to heal the rest of the party.
Fannie
Fannie is a liberated Worker hellbent on destroying the machinery that fuels the Quorum's abuses against the population. Large factory explosions tend to be left in her wake. She refuses to put up with bullcrap, which often puts her at odds with Kyle. Fannie inflicts powerful debuffs on enemies.
